- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Other Governorates: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Partner
- All orders are shipped through Bosta.
- Once your order is handed over to the courier, you may receive shipment updates or tracking information when available.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
- Any free shipping promotions will be clearly announced during the promotional period.
5. Delivery Information
- Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate.
- Nano Nina is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.

- If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or notice a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos.
7. Delivery Delays
- While we work closely with Bosta to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, courier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is re-shipped.
