Refund policy

At Nano Nina, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy below:

Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Customers are responsible for exchange or return shipping fees unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error by Nano Nina.
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (where applicable) within 7–14 business days.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn, used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without their original packaging.
